I purchased Acrobat 10 Standard years ago. I have the original disk with serial number. I have upgraded to Win10 Pro 64 bit OS but am unable to install. Does not recognize serial number and offers to purchase.

What is the exact text of the error message you're getting? Is the application registered under your Adobe account?

The error was the serial number of the product was invalid. I purchased the
app on disk from Amazon on 9/13/2013. I do not recall having registered
it, however I have re installed it many times on one or several of my
personal systems. The only issue arose in the past month when I changed
form WIN10 32 bit to WIN 10 Pro 64 bit.

I would appreciate any further assistance you can provide.

Did you buy it on Amazon or from Amazon? If the former, then maybe the seller sold you an invalid or pirated version. If you never registered it with Adobe then you can really know for sure.
