Acrobat 11 is not communicating with the scanner on Windows 7 machine
have Adobe XI on a windows 7 SP1 PC and HP Envy 7645 Multifunction printer; 2 user accounts. I can scan to Adobe on my account but not on my wife's account...says cannot communicate with scanner. What is the issue here?
I have no issues scanning on my logon account but am unable to scan using Adobe Acrobat Pro on my wife's logon account. The HP software/diagnostics find the scanner on her account and scan just fine. Just cannot do it using Adobe.
