My company purchased an Acrobat 12 Windows retail E.001 DV version. I need to reinstall it again in my new computer. I have the license and serial number, but not the physical CD.

Where can I download this software or version from?

Thanks

Well, you must keep distribution of software, not rely on downloading it again. Happily, Adobe still offer this, but it's so complicated many people can't find it. Lots of complexity here. You have, I assume, a permanent license (not a subscription). For this you need to be sure to use the "classic" track not the "continuous" track. What version? Adobe gave it various names including DC, 12, 15 and 2015. So you need 15 or 2015, classic. Which they don't call that at all! They call it "Acrobat DC serial number" but what it downloads is shown as "Acrobat 2015". Don't download Acrobat DC subscription or continuous. Couldn't make this up...

Looking at the kglad page I linked, the progression is X XI DC... where X is 10

So try downloading DC to find out if your serial number works

If not, I have no other advice to give

Thanks John, but it is not there. the latest one it appears ther is the X.

Actually, It is not even possible to see this version 12 in the Adobe Portfolio, so maybe there is a diferent name for it.

Let's see if there is any proper solution.

Go to your account to find out what you have registered, to see what Adobe calls the program

Go to https://accounts.adobe.com/ and click Plans & Products on the top bar

-then click VIEW YOUR PRODUCTS on the right to find a list of your programs and serial numbers

Note - never post a serial number or other private information in a public forum
