Acrobat not working I dont get the confirm email all other apps are fine

If this is in Error please state the exact Adobe program you are asking about.

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

 

do you have an acrobat subscription?  

if yes, did you install acrobat using cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud ?

if yes and yes, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
