In the Creative Cloud it says that Acrobat is installed, but it is not on the computer.

Thank you for reaching out.

 

If in the Creative Cloud All Apps, Acrobat is installed, you will get the option to open it. In the Creative Cloud All Apps window, go to the Apps tab on the left-hand panel and click the Open button next to Acrobat. 

 

If the above steps do not help, please share the Creative Cloud All Apps window screenshot. Share more information about the issue you are experiencing.
