Today I can't use Acrobat to organize my pages or combine files. 
What changed?

This is the ERROR I'm getting today:

"Something went wrong

We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again later."

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. 

 

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs that you try to organize or combine? Please try with a different PDF file and check. Also, try organizing the pages or combining the file online here: https://adobe.ly/4mij8HB and check if that works.

 

Have you started experiencing this issue recently after the update? What is the version of the Acrobat Application you are using? Go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure its updated to the latest version 25.01.20623 go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once and see if that helps.
