Adobe Acrobat’s AI Podcast feature is useful, but I’m confused by one major limitation: why can’t users download the podcast audio they generate in Acrobat?

The audio is effectively trapped inside Acrobat. There’s no normal MP3/WAV export option, which means users can’t simply save a podcast they already generated and listen to it elsewhere.

Can Adobe explain why Acrobat was designed this way? Is there a technical or licensing reason, or is this an intentional product decision?

I’m specifically asking for the reasoning behind the limitation, not just confirmation that downloading currently isn’t supported.

I don’t think you’re going to be finding Adobe answering for this here. This is a user-to-user support forum. We’re not Adobe, and we certainly can’t speak for Adobe.

I’m sorry you’re disappointed, but those decisions happen far above the pay grade of a bunch of volunteers who try to help other end users.
