Single user licensee downloadable installation files available:

Updates

  • Download and installation help for Adobe links

  • Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

And a big thank you to Jim @ Prodesigntools for helping me with these links!

I have the same problem.  Own Acrobat Pro DC (I think also called 2015)  Shows on my account page with the serial number.  I am trying to download it to a new computer.  The available donwloads on the page referenced above are the subscription (do NOT want) and Acrobat 2017 and Acrobat 2020.  My license key does not work with any of them.  How do I donwload the program that my license key will work with?

thanks

If you purchased it as a digital download it should still be available under your account.

Otherwise, you'll need to find the original media to get the installer, as Adobe doesn't offer it any longer.
