Acrobat 2015 - Unable to validate

Dear Sir,

In our organization(Engineering projects (India) limited - Chennai) we have perpetual licence of Acrobat 2015 pro.We have uninstalled from one desktop and reinstall in another desktop.However while activating it was showing unable to validate no internet connectivity. I have disabled firewall and tried from WIFI also.
