Acrobat 2017 on old PC and phone- how to delete.

Question

I had downloaded and installed Acrobat 2017 in my old company PC.

I now need to move the program to my latest PC and I am working with the same e mail address.

I get messages saying I am on my max other users but there is no indication who or where.

I also have a new phone number so it is not possible to log in with the same e mail as the verification cant be received.

How to get around this- especially as I have already set it up on a new account but get same message regarding the other users.? This is likely connected to the Serial No.

You need to be able to access either your account or the old device.

If you can access the account, go here and deactivate the old devices: https://account.adobe.com/activated-devices

If you can access the old device, open Acrobat and deactivate it via the Help menu.

If you can't access either you would need to contact Adobe Support directly and see if they can help you change the contact details of the account.
