Acrobat 2018 lässt sich nicht deinstallieren oder updaten nach OSX update auf Ventura (13.6)

Hallo, ich habe eine sehr alte Version von Acrobat DC (2018) diese funktioniert immer weniger.

Jetzt wollte ich die Version updaten auf 2023 aber weder die deinstallation funktionert, noch finde ich keine Download für die neue Version.

Die einzigste Lösung die ich gefunden habe "wiederhole die Deinstallation"... nach 1% kommt wieder fehlgeschlagen.

    Please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/499Iikr, reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/3Su9bKE and see if that works.
