Acrobat 2020 Comment tool causing Windows 10 to hang
Hi Adobe community,
A user reported issues with their Dell Precision running Windows 10 experiencing severe hanging in the OS after using the drawing comment tool to strike through portions of a PDF while connected to an external display through the docking station. The computer stops responding until you either close the lid, unplug from the dock (I've tried multiple docks) or sometimes when you try to change the projection settings with Win+P.
I've been trying to figure out what's causing this specific computer to experience this, we've tried replacing the motherboard, updating all of the drivers multiple different ways, reinstalling the OS, repairing the application, reinstalling the application from scratch and yet the problem keeps happening on just this one machine.
Not sure what we can do to get this to stop happening, we're on the latest Classic Track release at the moment and it's only happening to one reported computer. Just trying to get ahead of any potential issues that could affect others.
