Acrobat 2020 Pro Change of Computer. No access to old computer

I recently had to change notebooks. Old notebook no longer available. I have again downloaded and reinstalled Acrobat 2020 Pro on my new notebook. But I could not initiate it. I always get the message displayed below. How can I activate again my software on the new notebook?

Hi @3116383_7036,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble.

Would you mind logging in to https://adobe.ly/4fKjjIk and scroll down to look for Active Sessions.

In the Active Sessions section, remove all the devices that you see, and shouldn't be there.

Once done, try again and let me know if this works.

Hi Souvik, thanks for your answer.

Fortunately later I was able somehow to register finally and it works well.

I don't know the reason, but it runs smoothly
