Acrobat 2020 serial number from the Dell Dfigital Locker does not work and I cannot get live support

What should I do when the Dell Digital Locker serial number does not activate; for Acrobate 2020 Standard? Apparently, a billion dollar Adobe company cannot give me phone help...insane!

Hope you are doing well.

Please follow the steps from the help page (https://adobe.ly/3L4gbtb) to find your serial number and try activating the application using that and see if that works.
