Acrobat 23.10 - Highlight Text tool not working on iOS 17.1

For the last two months, I have been opening PDFs through dropbox and using the Highlight text tool on my iPad. But after an update to iOS 17.1 and Acrobat 23.10, Acrobat will not recognize text on the iPad for highlighting. However, I can still use highlight text for the same document on my Macbook.

I've tried redoing the OCR scan on the iPad, but it still doesn't register as text.
