Acrobat 64 bit 24.005.20320 (Windows 11) stucks on closing

Question

Has anyone encountered this behavior on Acrobat 64 bit 24.005.20320 on Windows 11?
The window of closing a file with saving changes loses resources, after which Acrobat hangs completely, and the only thing left is to remove it through Task Manager.

I hope you're doing well. Apologies for the delayed response and trouble.

Could you confirm if this issue occurs with a specific PDF file or with all PDFs? Please try the sollowing steps and let us know how it goes:

Remove the installed application using the Acrobat Cleaner Tool.
Restart your machine.
Ensure all mandatory and optional updates are installed for Windows.
Reinstall Acrobat from this link.
