I have CS4. Just installed on a new computer an all is good except acrobat. It is 9 pro and doesn' recognize my serial number. Any ideas on why? Or how to fix?

you probably have a separate serial number for acrobat 9. for some period of time suite's that included acrobat were shipped with one serial number for the suite and a separate serial number (and separate installation disc) for acrobat 9
