Acrobat 9 Pro Rectangle Drawing Markups error

Dear all,

 

We've working with Acrobat 9 Pro. Trying to mark up some PDFs and when I go to draw a rectangle (or arrow), I can only drag it certain increments (Struck and Struck), instead of dragging it freely. How can I fix this?

 

Please suggest the solution its very essential software in our organization.

Look for Snap to Grid somewhere in the menu bar, and disable it.
