Acrobat a box keeps appearing with blue cricle

This keeps appearing when I launch acrobat (brand spanking new install done this morning on a brand spanking new install of windows 11.

Because it cannot load, beyound this (although sometimes the blue circle flashes and spins) I cannot use acrobat.

I have unsinstalled acrobat even though it was just that second installed and resinstalled same outcome.

I really need to be abel to use acrobat, and in windows 11 with this 'new look' its been nothing but a buggy nightmare.
