Acrobat access

I am not sure its a technical issue but curious.  I have a valid license account for my adobe account.  I access my shortcut on my surface pro.  When Adobe starts, program works great but the SIGN IN area in the upper right shows "SIGN IN" only.  I try to click on it to access my account but nothing allows me to sign in and access my account.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program.

I have gone through the repair option in the Apps area of my surface pro.

I have an active VPN which I have turned on and off during sign in.

Am I missing something or is there something I can try differently

Thanks

Doug

turn off your vpn, using your web browser go to https://account.adobe.com to see your account

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

Sorry, but I have trouble understanding what help you need.

Can't you sign-in? What happens when you go to https://account.adobe.com?
