Acrobat: access to the account without logging in

Good morning,

Thank you for this delivery of Acrobat.

I have just installed 1 of the 5 licenses on 1 “QCM reader” PC in our administration.

Connection to my account is necessary to activate the installation, this is normal. On the other hand it seems that the application is permanently connected to my mail address account and that by clicking on Help then an entry whose name I do not remember exactly you can reach my web interface, change email or password...

It seems to me that it is dangerous to give all my users this right!

Isn't there a way to disable this entry?

I tried to reply to your email but it doesn't work...

THANKS

Sincerely,

Hi @11141355,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

I completely understand your concern, however, if you are using the premium subscription tools, you will need to be logged in to the application for the servers to understand if you are a Pro user.

If Reader abilities is all you need in the application, you can suppress the sign in button.

There is a related thread around this topic on the community which might be helpful: Solved: Disable SignIn / Sign Out (Adobe Acrobat DC) - Adobe Community - 7769133

Do give this thread a view, and it should help in fixing the issue.
