Acrobat Actions (Build: 2025.001.20997) - Tools Missing under "More Tools" ?

Hi fellow Acrobat users,

i am struggeling with creating an action under the current Acrobat Pro, which includes “Data Merge”.
As you can see in the screenshot below, data merge is available for me under the “Go To” section,
but (as with any other tool from this section) won’t give me the option to specifiy the details or the chance to turn the “prompt user” on or off, which makes it useless for me.

Since i took the whole day searching for solutions, i stumbled upon a few guides which showed the “Data Merge” option beeing under “More Tools”, which worked just fine and gave the user the opportunity to specify the needed details, but it just isn’t there for me. For example, take a look at this youtube clip. A the 1 minute mark you will see what i mean.:

Strangely enough, it seems this is not just limited to me or my company, as i called a few other users from different companies, which have the exact same “problem” (if it is one, or i am just to stupid to find out how it should work). So i hope that anyone can enlighten me why i am not able to specify the details for all data merge and all other tools under the “Go to” section. Best regards
