Acrobat AI Assitant can't read my academic papers

Hi,

I'm a psychology student and I am using Acrobat AI to assist in taking down notes from academic journals. I'm running into the "consent and guidelines" barrier in which it says I'm reading material about senstive topics here it can't process the paper because of "harmful content". In psychology, depressive disorders talk about triggering topics and it would be good if the AI could sense the academic context and proceed with processing.

Is there a way I can reach out to someone to suggest that the AI can scan the content to check if it is an academic paper and therefore okay to process? I don't want to be banned from my account because I'm reading papers that upset the AI.

Hi,

For particular articles that cover sensitive topics that may include
distressing content about minors or perhaps bad things that might happen in
a bar, it often blocks the ai. So therefore decide based on how many of
this type of readings you have to do. About a third of my psychology
classes at the moment cover this type of material, so it’s still useful for
me but it is frustrating to have it blocked when it’s mandatory textbooks.

Please excuse my round about explanations, as you can imagine, this forum
also blocks unsavoury topics.

It should be noted that the type of questions I am asking the AI are "Describe the diagnostic criteria for mood disorders." "Identify common risk factors for anxiety disorders".
