Acrobat 'all tools' panel goes blank when I try to use edit or fill/sign. Tools will appear when document is closed and reopened but disappear each time I try to use them.

The product team has already started deploying the fix, and it may take some time to reflect at your end. Please wait for some time, and try. Let us know if you still experience the issue. If you need some urgent work to be done, you can disable the new Acrobat UI from Acrobat > Disable new Acrobat, and use the classic UI as a workaround.
