Hi,

I seem to get an error opening PDF's with Acrobat where it will result in it being closed right away. The error message box also closes right away with it is part of the issue. On Windows using latest version.

Thanks.

Hi @Jim30569807yety

The pdf files you are trying to view, where do you have the files located? Is it saved locally on the system or the web or with some attachments?

If its on web, then save it locally on your computer and then try to open it.

In addition to this:

Acrobat and Reader official update  23.003.20215 is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update early by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates>reboot Acrobat.

More information about this release is here: Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

Thanks,

Akanchha

You did not ask an install question so moved to the Acrobat forum

To ask in the forum for your program please start at https://community.adobe.com/
