Acrobat App Issues

Hi,

 

I have an acrobat pro account and recently got a new laptop so I downloaded the app. The app only allows me to sign/fill/view pdfs and not really much else, even though I'm logged in to my account. When I access adobe online it lets me do everything like edit the pdf which the app is not even giving me the option. I also have the app downloaded on my desktop and the app on my desktop does let me edit. Can anyone help with this?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

 

From the description, it seemed like you were logged in with a different email address to the one you have your subscription on..

 

In the future if you experience such issues, please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/42TqFWb, reboot the computer once, and install the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/41epjEo and see if that works for you.
