Acrobat as an 'experience'

For years, I have used adobe products. Since mid 1990s. I won't be cancelling or anything like that. But I need to comment on a specific product which is the WORST experience of ANY software ever used. And I work in IT, and I build apps and I know UX. All told, Acrobat is a disastrous experience. Either it always needs an update and it never occurred to Adobe I AM BUSY! I want to decide when to do any update, or else it fails to respond, or else something else. There are a LONG list of issues that go on with acrobat. And they require time to figure out. What I don't understand is WHY with such an important product IT DOES NOT WORK properly. I have spent three years now struggling with Acrobat. Tired of it. Today the issue was it suddenly wanting to do updates. This is the most tone deaf UX I have ever seen. The thing is full of messed up code. It's slow. And I have a FAST computer. Then, to make it worse, and this is the first time I have EVER given adobe feedback, There is now easy way to give product feedback! The websites are a jungle of confusion. Acrobat is not modern, not user friendly and absolutely annoying.

As for 'earning a badge for posting here', hardly. Who cares? FIX the thing and skip the silly badges. Then I won't need to come on here after decades to tell you about a failed product.
