Acrobat Bug with dec 11 updates & Sharepoint integration

Question

Hello, I do IT support for various companies with a total of 100000 employees. There are thousands of pdf's automatically checked out, and several dozen support requests per day regarding this issue. This is happening since the last update on 11/12 December 2024. Normally there is a registry key to fix this (disable SharePoint integration), but this key is no longer recognized. Please fix this!

Hi @Oliver34213830ydzu, this forum is a user-to-user help forum that's staffed by volunteers, not Adobe employees (although some occassionally drop in).

But Adobe engineers need to hear about the bug. Please log your bug at https://acrobat.uservoice.com/. And since your organization has a site license, contact your Adobe support representative directly.
