Ich habe Acrobat sowohl auf Android und auf dem PC mit Windows 11 installiert. Auf alle mit der Androidversion erstellten und in der Cloud abgelegten PDFs kann ich auf dem PC nicht zugreifen. Wo kann der Fehler liegen?
@Sylvia38835190h4yw for both devices, your mobile and computer, needs to be logged into the same Adobe account (I have two different accounts, so, I need to make sure both are logged into the one) and make sure both are sync to where the files are keep. Normally, I save my Adobe work to the Adobe Cloud...so check there...unless you save the files elsewhere.
