Acrobat combing files

Hi there,

When I combine my files I have 1 document that I need to replicate 1 to 10 times, but with new information on each form. Whats currently happening is this. 

ex:

I fill in the information on page 1 and this automatically generates the same information to populate the same fields on pages 1-10. 

Acrobat does pop up with a message to suggest that files with the same name will now be merged into 1, to stop this please create a portfolio instead of combing files. My next problem is that if I then create a portfolio then my editable PDF document cant not be filled in on an IPAD in Acrobat reader only on a laptop. So ideally I really need to just combine files but not have the automatic field population on each page. yes I have tried to rename the files but this doesn't work.
