Acrobat constantly and quickly crashing

Been having a recent issues with Acrobat continuously crashing.  

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no effect.  

I followed all these instructions except logging out and back in because it isn't stable enough to stay up & running.  https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html

This is killing me because I need this to send PDF files to clients.  

Suggestions?
