Acrobat 'Continuous View' - will not lock in.
Hello. During Covid I purchased a Acrobat Standard 2020 from Staples and never got around to installing it. Reason being that the features on my '6.0 Pro' version worked okay for my needs.
However, I recently received a multiple page PDF document which I've cropped, saved some pages and parts of others that are important for my purpose. Following this I managed to save all the parts into one document in a logical order.
The reason for this post, and why I tried to install Acrobat Standard 2020 is because Acrobat 6.0 Pro will not allow me to lock-in "Continuous Facing.”
Viewing the document as “Continuous Facing” is no problem if I open it with Acrobat 6.0 Pro, but if I open it with the 'free' version of Acrobat Reader, it opens as “Continuous”
Will Acrobat Standard 2020 allow me to lock-in how the pdf is suppose to be viewed? Otherwise, I don’t think it’s of any use to me to uninstall my Acrobat 6 Pro (as instructed when I tried to install Acrobat Standard 2020) because it works for 98% of my work needs. ###
