Acrobat could not access the recognition service

Hi,

When using Acrobat XI pro under windows 10 version 1903, the following message is shown:

"Acrobat could not access the recognition service because:

Unable to locate the Paper Capture recognition service. Your installation may be corrupt."

I have tried reinstall acrobat XI but the problem persist. The iDRS15 folder solution cannot be applied since no iDRS15 folder is found under c:\program files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 11.0\Acrobat\Acrobat\plug_ins\PaperCapture\ No iDRS15 folder.

Is there any fix for the problem? Thanks.
