Acrobat crashes on start up

I am making a new post as every other post trying an answer doesn't help. Acrobat crashes when opening. 
I have uninstalled Acrobat and Creative Cloud and deleted the folders from the C drive and it still will not stay open for more than 36 seconds (we timed it). Not great with computers so any help would be appreciated.
