Acrobat crashes on startup

I hope you are doing well, and we apologize for the trouble you had with Acrobat.

 

Does the app crash upon launch, or does it happen when using a specific tool?

If you can open the app, please check for pending updates by going to the Acrobat menu > Help > Check for Updates. Then, install any available updates and restart your machine.

If the issue persists, try using the Acrobat Cleaner Tool to completely remove the application. Then, restart your machine and reinstall Acrobat.

If the app continues to crash, please collect fresh logs from your machine and share the crash log ID with us for further investigation.
