Acrobat Crashing

Mac OS Catalina, have run the AcroCleaner, 2x, reinstalled latest Acrobat DC (multiple times) still crashes. I need this program for my business. Can anybody help?

can you share a crash dump and provide a brief description of the crash? 

 

For example, does this occur as soon as you open the application or when you load a  PDF or any particular type of file in Acrobat.

It happens right away upon opening. It just spins.

I've never been able to test specific files because of the immediate freeze.

I have a crazy long string of code I could paste here, is that what you want?
