Acrobat crashing and license registration not working after update

Below are the error users are getting:

While trying to print to Adobe PDF - "Your request could not be completed. Adobe Acrobat license has either expired or not been activated. Try launching Adobe Acrobat."

After Adobe Acrobat continually crashes within a minute of opening a PDF because it won't sign into Adobe automatically - "Initializing Registration... Please retry after a minute."

We currently have Adobe Acrobat DC volume licenses that we pay annually for (which is very expensive btw).  After users update to version 2021.001.20135, which is the update that turns the icon from black to red and adds the text "(32-bit)" to the program, 2 of 3 users that have updated so far are having issues with Acrobat closing after a minute or so of opening a PDF and/or printing to Adobe PDF.  This wasn't an issue until this specific update.

We tried repairing the installation and also the steps:
Navigate to C:\ProgramData\Adobe -> Delete the folder called "SLStore" -> Restart your computer.

While this works temporarily for a couple uses, the issues described above quickly come back.

Is there a fix for this, should we try to rollback the update, is there another way to make the license/login registration "stick" since that appears to be the main issue here?

Any help and feedback is much appreciated!  Thank you.
