Acrobat Creative Cloud Installation ERROR: DW003: Third party payload installer Adobe Acrobat\Setup.

Is there any that can help solve my issue that has been drivning me crazy for the last 3 days.

I'm trying to install Acrobat on my Windows 11 laptop (64 bit Home version) through Creative Cloud but everytime I try I get the following error:

ERROR: DW003: Third party payload installer Adobe Acrobat\Setup.exe failed with exit code: 1603

I've searched through similar problems and cannot find a solution that works:

• Searched for & deleted any Acrobat folders in Program File prior to installation - No luck

• Stopping Print Spooler - No luck

• Installed Acrobat Reader and tried to upgrade via this method (I am a Creative Cloud subscriber) - Fails at 90%

Anything else is beyond my knowledge of Windows and I need to get this up and running somehow.

Beyond frustrated that this is so complicated.
