Acrobat,

Hello my name is Caleb and I recently subscribed to your premium acrobat reader to edit text on a document sent to me for my business. I was unable to edit the text appearance, size, or location. I also wanted to add text, but it was placed over the previous text obscuring it. I immediately exited and cancelled the subscription, but am unable to figure out the refund process. Please refund my business card, not my personal credit card.

Thank you,

Caleb

  1. In the end I was given this email address (help*specialists*adobe@yahoo.com) [without asterisks ]and they asked for my email address and password and that's when I decided not to use Adobe if I can help it. My $10 mistake of buying an unuseful premium product led me to nonexistent customer service directing me to a FORUM where I ...posted content building Adobe's web presence trying to solve my problem on my own... ultimately what? Almost being scammed into getting my account abused by a stranger online? Tough lessons here for small business owner

That is of course a scammer, not official Adobe support.

Please let us know what account they contacted you from, so we can ban them.

Thanks for the heads up Try67,

I was contacted by customer service and given the correct email address to use, and we are resolving the issue now.

We can't help you with such issues. Only Adobe Customer Service can. They should not have sent you here.

Contact them again and demand a solution.
