Acrobat "DC"?

Does anyone happen to know what the "DC" stands for in Acrobat DC? Sorry for the simple question, but I just upgraded from Acrobat XI. Thx.

"Document Cloud" - there are some cloud features built into the application, but other than that, it's a "normal" applications.
