I am on the latest version of Acrobat DC (19.008.20081).  The application hangs (becomes non responsive) after I open a PDF and scroll a few pages.  I have tried multiple files.

I chatted with a customer service representative about this issue. He told me to remove temporary files.

To do this on Windows 10, run Disk Cleanup (use the search feature on your taskbar to search for Disk Cleanup). Check "Temporary Files" and click "OK".  Utility should run.  Reboot may be helpful.

Resolved my issue.
