Acrobat DC and Pitstop tools aren’t working in Catalina

Hello. I just updated to Catalina yesterday and spent the last 10 or so hours trying to figure out how I get the PitStop tools in Acrobat DC. I've searched everywhere I can think of and many of the answers are NOT working for me.  I have updated all my apps (Acrobat DC (from Acrobat Pro), InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. I need the PitStop tools to do my job and have had zero luck with everything I've tried. I'm frustrated and discouraged since I have a license for PitStop yet they can't/won't help me without purchasing a subscription to their support services. Im not an IT guru by any means, so if someone out there has a step-by-step solution, I'm all ears. Thanks in advance.

You need an updated version of PitStop which is compatible with MacOS 10.15.x. Go to https://www.enfocus.com/en/news/official-statement-about-enfocus-products-support-for-macos-catalina for further information.

Thank you Dov, I've read and re-read that same article, as well as installed and re-installed the latest PitStop 3 times. Nothing helps. 😔
