Acrobat DC corrupt behaviour when trying to edit PDFs

First I will say that I have uninstalled both Acrobat DC and Creative Cloud. I then ran the creative cloud cleaner and acrocleaner. Once complete, I reinstalled and am still experiencing the same issues. I have also deleted all files/folder in TEMP, ran disk clean up, and restarted PC.

 

When I open Acrobat DC and select Edit PDF, none of the buttons show up. When I click a different button on the side menu, the button dissapears. See screenshots. Any fixes?
