In other Windows apps on the same monitor the cursor is normal size and readable.

But when I move the cursor from a different monitor to the one with Acrobat DC, cursor very small.

4k identical monitors.

Hi Len Raphael

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that. As described, the Acrobat DC cursor too small when moving between monitors.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.05.20058 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once.

Also, please please try the following preference settings and see if that works: Go to Edit (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > preferences > General > Scale for screen resolution and toggle between 'Auto Detect' and 'No Scaling' and reboot the application and check if that works.

Regards

Amal

Dug into this some more and have to correct my description of the issue.

Not the cursor that becomes very small but the  custom stamp "cursor" enabled by a 3rd party certified Adobe add-on app that's used by many US accountants to place "tickmarks" on pdf's.

When using the built in Adobe stamps, the stamp "cursor" or "pointer" is good size and visible. But no the ones for the third party app.

Called their tech support and they remotely watched my screen. They suspect it has to do with running 4k 27incch monitors. No other reports but then most accountants don't run at 4k.

Haven't tried running just Adobe in a lower resolution.

Lowering the resolution on the monitor running Adobe from "recommended" 3840x2160   to 1600 x 1200 greatly improves visibility of the stamp cursor on a 27inch 4k monitor.

Sounds like the 3rd party add on developer has to change something in their app.
