Acrobat DC does not install

When I run either the msi or EXE from my desktop or a distribution point I get below set of errors

I've downloaded plenty of Adobe installers now but I'm unable to understand what's wrong here, and why the installer is allowed to be such a Queen. This version is the device licence type.

I'm on Windows 10 1809 (versions 17763.107, 17763.379 and 17763.529).

What if I'm deploying a packege built from the admin console and getting the same error

do you have a subscription?

if yes, install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
