Acrobat DC does not open - Windows 10 64-bit

I have Acrobat DC with Creative Cloud subscription, it installs correctly but it doesn't open after installation. I even tried the clean uninstall tool provided by Adobe, after the reinstallation is not working on windows 10 64-bit.

Visual C++ runtime error when installing Acrobat XI or Acrobat DC on Windows

Had to update and repair my Visual C++ Redistributable installation from Microsoft website.

right click the exe > click open as administrator.

Hi kglad, thank you for the answer. But this solution you provided doesnt work. Let me give you more details. When I turn on the computer for the first time in the day, Acrobat Pro DC enters fine and i can open PDFs. But once is closed, it does not launch again. I can use it only on the first time I enter windows. Weird ?!
