Acrobat DC Error 16 on Windows 10

Hi i get "erorr 16" when i try to open, for the first time, Acrobat DC at the end of its installation. Ho can i solve this problem?

Hello.

I get the same error when opening Acrobat DC, but the solution did not work for me.

I also tried reinstalling the software, but to no avail.

I am on a MacBook Pro with MacOs Mojave 10.14.2.

Someone can help?

UPDATE: The issue is affecting also Dimension CC, but not Indesign and Photoshop.

Found a solution:

I changed the permissions to the folder HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe and all its content to:

system -> read and write

wheel -> read and write

everyone -> read and write.

Hope this helps others too.
