Acrobat DC freezes when opening on MacOS 10.15

After updating Acrobat Pro DC in December, the program freezes when starting or opening any document for up to 10 sec. No change after updating to Version 2019.021.20061.

How can I stop this delay?

We are sorry for the trouble. As described above, Acrobat freezes when opening on Mac 10.15

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps provided in the help article here (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/x-productkb/global/troubleshoot-system-errors-freezes-mac.html) and see if that works.

 

If it still doesn't work, please share the log files with us for further investigation. Click on the message icon on the top right corner of the screen to start the private message. Use the steps provided here (https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/collect-logs-crash-freeze.html) to collect the logs.

Thanks for the links. 

Disabling plug-ins and extensions did not solve the problem yet. If I don't succeed, I'll share the log files later.
