Acrobat DC frozen 'canceling'

I can't install Acrobat DC as it is frozen in CC and says it's 'canceling':

Please try installing the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC from this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/download-install-acrobat-subscription.html 

 

If the issue still occurs, please let us know what happens when you try to install it from the above link. Share the error message if you receive any.

Share the Creative Cloud desktop application and OS version on the machine.

Where was this screenshot taken from? was this online in your Document Clous user account or with the CC Desktop app?
