Acrobat DC has stopped printing to Arch D & Arch E page sizes

I'm an architect, and print drawings to PDF all of the time, using page sizes Arch D and Arch E.  About 2 weeks ago, Acrobat wouldn't print to these sizes anymore.  This is happening on multiple computers, from multiple programs, so we get the same failure whether printing directly from Autocad, or when opening an existing pdf in Acrobat and trying to print it to PDF in these page sizes.  Smaller page sizes, letter, tabloid, etc. are still working fine.  We've uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat, with no improvement.  We're working in Windows 10.  Has anyone else experienced this?  It's a huge problem for us that we'd love to fix.
